This privacy policy applies to the Yuppi Live app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by KAKTÜS AJANS BİLİŞİM SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The total time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• General device information and identifiers

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile photo
• User-generated content
• Messages and interactions within the Application

The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

Camera, Microphone, and Photo Library Access

The Application may request access to your camera, microphone, and photo library in order to enable live streaming, voice communication, profile photo uploads, video uploads, and content sharing.

Push Notifications

The Application may send push notifications related to messages, live broadcasts, gifts, promotions, account activity, and other important updates. Push notification services may be provided through third-party providers such as OneSignal.

User Content and Moderation

Users may create and share content through live streams, profile photos, messages, usernames, and other interactions within the Application.

Users and live broadcasts may be reported by other users. Reported content is carefully reviewed by the moderation team, and the Service Provider reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or content that violate community guidelines, this Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its services.

The Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These third-party services have their own Privacy Policies regarding how they handle data.

Examples of third-party services used by the Application may include:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Facebook
• OneSignal

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
• With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Account Deletion and Data Retention

Users may delete their accounts directly from the settings section of the Application.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter.

If an account is deleted, associated user data will generally be removed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes.

Age Restriction (18+)

The Application is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account or using the Application, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a person under 18 has used the Application or provided personal information, appropriate steps will be taken to restrict access, terminate the account, and delete such information within a reasonable time.

Tracking and Advertising
